Dawkins is Wrong: So says a genius
Tuesday, February 24th, 2009
Christopher Michael Langan is a genius whose IQ was measured at 195 (Einstein’s was 150) as pointed out in the bestseller Outliers, The Story of Success by Malcolm Gladwell. We all have heard of Einstein and Steven Hawking but few other than those who read Outliers knew of Langan.
Because Langan does not have the typical “union card” of college degrees, for a long time his incredible views on the universe were not taken seriously. I want to do my part to help change this. I just re-read Langan’s Cognitive-Theoredic Model of the Universe, CTMU, for the upteenth time. Wow! It is a fantastic treatment of science, logic, mathematics, and philosophy.
In my next radio show I was thinking of focusing on: Science in Upheaval. Then I realized the bigger issue is that the world is in upheaval. In additional to science, our world economies, world infrastructure and interconnectedness is presenting challenges, our worldview of mind and brain is being turned upside down, and our health care system is in disarray. Are these inter-related? Can one approach help resolve all of them?

I have been honored by the invitation to lead a workshop at ![Reblog this post [with Zemanta]](http://img.zemanta.com/reblog_e.png?x-id=8fdffcc4-a223-4f2d-ae29-6de186c06329)
