Why be afraid of healing the rift between science and spirituality? Many scientists as well as certain religious sects grasp such fears. In the prestigious journal Nature, an editorial described the trepidations of scientists in taking grant money from the Templeton Foundation for the study of compatibilities between science and spirituality.
